Jamie Fruge

I am Coach Fruge and I will be your child’s PE teacher. I grew up in Bell City, La. I played softball, ran track, and was a cheer leader for Bell City High school. I have been teaching middle school PE for 8 years. I was a cheer coach for 2 years, assistant volleyball coach for 2 years, and have been the head volleyball coach for 4 years.

My goal is to promote physical education with activities that will encourage my students to continue a life that involves healthy practices, good sportsmanship, and the motivation to continue lifetime fitness. I will also continue to encourage my students to eat healthy and exercise in a way that will make them feel good about themselves. My hope is that my class will improve learning while exercising, learning positive lessons, and having fun!
