Mrs. Stantz

       My name is Misty Stantz. I was born and raised in Southeast Texas. After receiving a scholarship to attend McNeese State University, I moved to Lake Charles. I graduated with a degree in Education in 2005 and I am certified to teach 1st - 8th grade.

       I began my teaching career at FK White Middle school teaching 6th grade ELA in 2006 before moving to Welsh, LA. I taught both 2nd grade and 5th grade in Welsh for 13 years... and now I'm back in 6th grade ELA here at FK! 

      My husband and I have three children. Our boys keep us busy with all of their activities and we enjoy every second of it! In our spare time, we try to go camping whenever we can.
